Coaching improves documents and interview preparation. We do not guarantee interviews, job offers, recognition outcomes, or visa decisions. We do not provide legal advice on residence, labour, or professional licensing law.
Intellectual property
Website text, layout, and branding belong to Cloud Dev Apps. You retain ownership of your CV, letters, and personal documents. Feedback notes we prepare for you may be used for your own applications; redistributing our templates as a commercial product is not permitted.
Client responsibilities
You must provide accurate information about qualifications, work history, and language level. You are responsible for the final content you submit to employers.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Cloud Dev Apps is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or from hiring decisions by third parties. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under German law.
