This policy explains how Cloud Dev Apps processes personal data when you use our website or enquire about employment consulting in Germany, including CV and cover letter coaching for skilled migrants.

Data we collect
When you submit the contact form we receive your name, email address, optional coaching interest, preferred date, and message content. If you proceed with coaching you may share CVs, cover letters, certificates, and related application materials.
Technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited may be processed through server logs and, if you accept analytics cookies, through analytics tools described on our cookies page.
Purposes and legal bases
We process enquiry data to respond to your request and prepare coaching (contract steps or legitimate interests in operating the practice). Coaching documents are processed to deliver the agreed service. Website security logs rely on legitimate interests. Where consent is required for non-essential cookies, we rely on your choice stored under a brand-prefixed localStorage key.
Retention
Contact form messages are kept for up to 24 months unless a longer retention is needed for an active engagement or legal claim. Coaching files are retained for up to 36 months after the last session, then deleted or anonymised, unless tax or accounting rules require longer storage of invoices.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Processors such as email or hosting providers may access data only to run their services under appropriate agreements. We do not share your application documents with employers unless you expressly ask us to.
International transfers
If a processor stores data outside the European Economic Area, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses where required.
Your rights
Under applicable data protection law you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection to certain processing. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent without affecting prior lawful processing. You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in Germany or your EU member state of residence.
