Refund & cancellation policy
This policy covers coaching engagements with Cloud Dev Apps for employment consulting in Germany, including CV coaching, cover letter sessions, application package reviews, and interview preparation.
Eligibility
Refunds apply to fees paid for coaching packages or individual sessions that have not been fully delivered, subject to the conditions below. Informational website content is free and not refundable.
Timeframe
Cancel in writing (email to hello@clouddevapps.digital) at least 48 hours before a scheduled session for a full refund of that unused session fee, minus any non-refundable deposit stated in your confirmation.
Full and partial refunds
If you cancel an unused package before any session occurs and outside the 48-hour window only when we have not begun document review, we refund the full amount paid. After intake review or the first session has started, we refund the unused remainder on a pro-rata basis based on sessions or written deliverables still outstanding.
Non-refundable items
Completed sessions, delivered written feedback files, and rush fees for turnaround already met are non-refundable. Administrative deposits marked as non-refundable in your booking confirmation remain non-refundable after the reservation is held.
Work already started
If we have annotated your documents or prepared session materials, that portion of the fee is earned. Remaining prepaid time can be refunded or credited toward another coaching offer by agreement.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule once per engagement with at least 48 hours’ notice at no charge. Later changes may forfeit the session fee or require a rebooking fee stated in advance.
No-shows
If you miss a session without notice, the session is charged in full. A replacement session may be offered at our discretion.
Refund process and timing
Email refund requests with your name, booking reference, and reason. We confirm eligibility within five business days. Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within ten business days of approval.
Method
Refunds follow the method used for payment (for example bank transfer). We do not issue cash refunds at the office for remote clients.
Exceptions
If we cancel a session, you may choose a full refund for that session or a free reschedule. This policy does not cover employer decisions, interview outcomes, or third-party translation costs you arranged separately.
