How we run coaching appointments
Employment consulting here is appointment-based. You bring documents and a target vacancy; we coach through structure, wording, and German hiring conventions in live sessions.
What a first consultation covers
Before you buy a full package, a short consultation clarifies which offer fits: CV coaching, cover letter work, package review, or interview prep. We look at your current files and the German roles you are pursuing.
Sessions are held in English by video, or in person in Hutthurm when travel works for both sides. You receive calendar confirmation and a document checklist after booking.
Typical path
From intake to handover
Intake questionnaire
You share work history, recognition status, language level, and two sample vacancies. We flag missing certificates early.
Live coaching block
Screen-shared editing and decisions: what German readers must see first, what to shorten, and how to phrase foreign experience.
Independent revision window
You apply the agreed changes between sessions. We keep the focus on your voice, not a ghostwritten biography.
Stress-test and notes
A second pass against a live job ad, then a written checklist you can reuse for later applications in Germany.
Practical details
Timing
Weekday appointments are standard. Evening slots may be available for applicants already working shifts. Arrive with editable files open — PDF-only scans slow the session.
Cancellation
Please give at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule. Late cancellations and no-shows follow the rules on our refund page.
